Service was terrific! Loved that the actual cost was lower than the estimate :). Work looked great when done. Text updates were awesome. Kara sets the bar for what the rest of your service managers should be like. She was kind,pleasant and on top of everything all the way through. An what a convenience to have Enterprise right there (especially when staffed with such charming courteous young men!). Hopefully. I won't ever have to come back but I do-- I will come there

The center is really designed and decorated to make the customer feel welcomed. It is clean, airy, and comfortable. It does not reek of rubber like some other Lexus locations.

I was recommended to this collision center by a good friend who swore by your service and I must say I was really surprised at the level of great customer service that I received from start to finish. 2 problems with picking up the car. ****. The agent I had worked wit wasn't in and the phone didn't get answered by anybody else. 2. Courtesy shuttle was not available, so my wife had to leave the car at the lot since I'm out of town. Overall unsatisfactory customer service.
