I had an excellent experience from my initial call inquiring about the length of time it would take for the repair, to the pick up. Once I dropped my vehicle off, I was kept informed by David as to where they were in the repair process. Keeping me informed was an excellent and noteworthy customer service function, which I appreciate.

Picked up 12/30 after 30 days. 12/31 back in shop with loose radiator and smoke from engine compartment. Problem persists and I cannot drive car due to toxic oder in cabin and smoke pouring out of engine compartment after driving 2 miles. Many other issues. Poorly assembled and paint does not match. You're going to have to call me for details. Since shop not open due to holiday, Concerns put In writing to Abra GA manager Scott Batts and my insurance company.

Both of my rear reflectors were damaged during the accident, but they were not both replaced. And I wasn't notified that the left side wouldn't be replaced until I came to pick up my vehicle. Notifying me could have given me the opportunity to call the adjuster to advocate for coverage before completion of service repairs
