Dear Abra: My car was not fixed the first time on time correctly nor was it even fixed correctly after the third attempt. I finally became very sad and gave up on my cars repairs being done correctly all together. It truly broke my heart and still does to see my car in its current condition. My car was basically brand new with not one flaw pre-accident. Now there are eye sores in multiple areas. Everytime I see the improperly repaired sites, it makes my heart sink. To list only a few of the issues, the paint did not match and still doesn't. My gas cap lid was not reattached correctly. I went to fill my gas tank today, and the gas cap fell to the ground. The gas cap no longer stays connected llile it was intended to from the factory. A bracket on the inside of the gas cap was not even painted. There are paint chips from removing and or reapplying the bumpers in two different areas that were just cleared over, and there are cleared over black areas in plain site. One main area was damaged in the collision and was completely missed in the original estimate. This part is still not repaired. My car now looks like it has two different colors in some areas. There are hard tape lines in multiple areas. Overspray on the headlamps ect ect... To make matters worse all of these issues were brought to the managers and customer service reps attention multiple times and they are still not fixed properly. I'm a car lover and my precious car will never be the same. Everytime I walk up to my car I see the areas that were not repaired correctly and my heart saddens . I would never recommend anyone I know to have their car repaired by Abra. Very little of Abras promises were kept; the entire process was heart breaking, time consuming, amd frustrating. Thank you to the front desk clerk, Marissa, Rodney and enterprise rep were friendly, knowledgeable and eager for me to get back to my life routine. i can't thank the mechanics i probably will never meet in person but thank you i have a new car and great job. I must say I was done and out the door in an hour, I will definitely do business with ABRA again and refer friends and family.
