Mats on inside were dirty. Nicks and scratches on drivers door looked untouched. Otherwise, all was good.

Uptown collision did a good job on my car. The idea of having all 3 businesses into one shop was helpful; however, I wish I didn't have to wait 2 weeks for my car to be repaired because the Geico rep didn't write down all of the repairs needed, causing me to pay the overages for my rental car for 2 weeks vs ****. All turned out well.

We were informed that the car was finished. When we went to pick it up, it apparently was not inspected before the call was made to us. Paint was not completed cleanly and there was an issue with the bumper. So we had to wait while they fixed these issues wh it should have been caught beforehand.

I was impressed with the work that up town collision performed on my truck, down to every last detail nothing was over looked and up town collision was able to finish on the target date that was projected, thank you up town collision.
