The staff were very detailed, explained to me every step of the process and how it was going to be played out. They made me feel very comfortable, Sam at the store and everyone else were very pleasant.

Repairs were done well but the level of communication with the whole process is severely lacking. Text updates provide minimal details and updates and would suggest a higher level of touch with regards to this area of the process.

I dont like being lied to. Sam saif it wasn't the accident they were repairing to be nice and shannon said it was the accident. When i got home the lights where not working they were installed backwards

Everyone was professional, polite, and friendly. They even knew me when I walked in, which was very nice and surprisingly! My car looks fantastic!! I'm so pleased with the work that was done! Even though I hope I don't have to come back anytime soon, I'd definitely take it back to Uptown Collision! They get a score of 10 from me!! Thanks guys!
