The head mechanic or supervisor treated me as if I hit someone's car even told you gotta stop hitting stuff even I was the one hit and all I asked was for my bumper to be raised back where it belongs he starts telling me he can't because of paint my journey needed no paint really what does paint have to do with raising my bumper back in place telling that's the best they can do I'm thinkingt to myself this lady hit me her insurance sent me here and your gonna best you can me when there was never anything wrong with my vehicle just took my car and left cause I can see where it was heading told the people I don't want nothing no money,nothing just fix my bumper Rick was very considerate that guy was rude and not understanding,sincerely Isaiah and Danielle hicks

I'm happy but when I came to pick up the car the bsm.was on and not repaired Had to leave the car so they can fixed it correctly The car is still in your shop
