Not only did they do the repairs, but they washed the car, and cleaned the interior. I certainly didn't expect that. I'm very satisfied with the work they did. I have been and will continue to be a repeat customer. After waiting so long to get the parts from Chrysler, I was happy to see that the shop got the repairs completed in a very timely fashion. Great job, and thanks a million.

I am very impressed with the Repair work and also the Paint , i was worried the Paint would show up as a touch up , Very quality skills of the auto body workman , Im a house **** so i stare at paint alot , Thank you for claening inside the car , im glad they did not go too heavy with the Amour All polish , Even the waiting room and offices are clean and tidy, Reception is Friendly The Emails from Charlotte with the added pics increased the confidence i already had with Axelrod,

Your service is impeccable. The staff was kind, and very gracious re: the repairs to my car that was damaged by another vehicle.... The gentleman who picked up the car (that remains at the Meridian Condo for guests at my apartment to have a vehicle, if needed), was Mr. Loepp who is employed at Meridian and who asked and was given business cards from Axelrod for persons, living at the Meridian, who might need your services re: their vehicles.......so that they, too, will benefit from the gracious service, the wonderful staff and the impeccable repairs to their own vehicles when needed, just as you serviced me and the repair of my car. Saying thank you is not enough, but sending customers to Axelrod Collision is one way to perpetuate your gracious service and very competent and kind employees........ Thank you, Donna M
