Rick and team were extremely helpful and accommodating. They took car of everything: coordinating with rental car company and insurance company. Process was a breeze thanks to them. Additionally the staff was very friendly and professional. Will come back if needed and would recommend to anyone.

My compliments to Maria on her engaging personality. And thanks to Rick for his competence in his explanations of the work that needed to be done by your firm. I’m glad it was covered by insurance. I should also thank the lady who backed into our car while I was visiting my friend. She was gracious to leave her first nane and telephone number so I could use her insurance instead of our own.

Axelrod is a wonderful repair center. I had the pleasure of working with Rick and he was absolutely amazing! He kept me up to date with everything that was going on and called to notify me when all the repairs were complete, even though I received text reminders. Maria at the front handled scheduling my rental and did all follow-up necessary. Axelrod goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service; they make you feel like family. I definitely recommend them to anyone who wants high quality service and repairs!

Well,after i brought it home,I ckd it out & noticed the parts by the rear door do not align properly. The silver strip,part of the rubber seal by the window,& a few other things as well.
