I called a few times beforehand to schedule a time to drop off my car for repair. No one called me back like promised. It took longer than expected, I was initially told 6 days, but my car was there for 9 days. I called before to make sure they could order the part needed to expediate the process. (I called Wednesday, told my part would arrive Friday. I would get a return phone call for Friday to ensure I could drop my car the following Monday. I did not get phone call on Friday. Monday came. I called and the man who answered didn't know what was going on and said he would call back after speaking to parts manager. No call back. So I ended up driving there to drop my car) There is chip in my bumper from when they took my car apart. I have black lines all over my back passenger seats from "vacuuming." Otherwise, the repair looks very good.

Although the front staff was friendly. I was constantly being told my car was ready and confirmed and then having the actual completion day postponed. It was suppose to be ready on Friday and through some sort of miscommunication with mechanic Rudy it was then delayed to the following Wednesday. 5 days later than what was promised. As well as replacing my clips with not new parts but rather than taking them off a model car at a dealership at last minute the day of pick up. Once again a few of the front end associates were helpful and kind there seemed to be many issues and miscommunications with Rudy mechanic which was quite frustrating.

All good, thank you. Only one minor issue, air pressure is bad on one tire, the one most likely to have been damaged. Hopefully it's nothing.
