I totally enjoyed my experience with Modern. I appreciated the use of text messages to update me on the status of my car repair. The only thing that I can think of as a suggestion for improvement are the hours available for pick up. Most folks are at work between 9 to 5 and it's not convenient for pick up. Maybe one late night during the week may help.

Jack did something that not a lot of people do nowadays, he took the time to explain the entire procedure to me over the phone, did not try to rush me on anything and was extremely helpful. I only wished modern wasn't the last name on the list Allstate gave us to go to for estimates because the other two before modern were not helpful at all, they were actually pretty rude and dismissive of us. The best thing we did was to call Modern and get our work done with them, I will never go to another shop again, Modern will be my one repair shop I will go to anytime I need repairs and would recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you to all who worked on my son's car, keeping me updated and finishing the job in records time. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! You guys rock.

You men know how to stay in business. Not only are you 10/10 on professionalism but you spoke to me with a smile in your eyes( genuine) making sure I throughly understood the extent of the repairs. I have to share this, the Allstate adjusters office is adjacent to the shop, not knowing if I was going to be using that shop for my repair, one of their workers offered to park my car, upon realizing I was having some difficulty doing so.
