First of all you guys call me at 10 am and leave a message say my truck was completely finish and send a text to confirm that it was done. So I call you to make sure it was done and asked how late you were going to be open and to tell you I would be there about 3:30 to 4:00pm to pick it up and got an attitude when I said what time I would be there. Then when I show up there I was not completely satisfied with the work and the emblem that should have been replaced like I was told! Then my Signal light did not work. Then you made me wait another hour and half to find out you guy had broken something in my electrical System witch I don't know we'll ever be the same after you guys hack into it. What a waste of my time on my birthday to top it off and I left my job early to make sure I was there before you closed for the day and lost out on money! I feel I should get my $500 deductible back for wasting my time and for not having the job completely done! And now I have to go back down there to get my truck at some point and waste more of my time and money and miss more work be of your negligence to pay attention to detail!
