Although there were delays in completing the repair and it was necessary to bring the car back for additional work, everyone was very polite and Sam, in particular was very good at describing the problem and when things would be finished

There's still a number of issues even know my vehicle has been there for seven weeks Just picked up the car today went to go put gas in it and there was paper and tape and the gas Sad I was hoping you guys would've done a better job the paint job good though the body works good the finishing part not so good

I expressed to my representative and to the manager George how disappointed I was in the process and completion of my repair job. The lack of care and respect from the manager explains why the process was so bad and why your shop receives such terrible service ratings online. You're not only losing a body shop client but a service client and the chance of any future purchase. This was a $10,000 job that should have gone to a business that appreciates their clients.
