The repairs were completed a day earlier than expected, and everything went smoothly. The communication was great. They were considerate of my schedule and tried to get me back on the road (at either end of the process) as quick as possible.

Abe was very helpful with everything but one thing I didn't like is you guys said you were gonna put new parts in my car but after inspecting everything I see that was a big lye....they got me used parts....that's all I have to say

The whole process was very easy and the staff was very helpful and friendly. It was quick and convenient. I have to say that every time I have gone to Lindsay for service or for the collision in this case has been a pleasant experience.

Completely is a bit strong, but it was the only option. Since buying my car from Lindsay, I have not had any complaints. I don't trust any business implicitly. But, Lindsay does seem to be a business of quality and integrity.

There is some bubbles in paint area... It's pop out little bit now..I think it's gonna be worst in later... Other thing is right hand side rear door small paint scratch , I think some one mistakenly hit something ....when I gave my car it's very clean... This is a brand new car.... But when they return to me too much dust inside my trunk area... This is too bad....I came home and clean up by my self... Thanks

There were dust particles under the paint, I was told it will take about thirty minutes which ended up being two hours plus. There was tape glue left on the right side fender and the area of repair was not completly cleaned. Missed all my appointments

Job is well done both times that this car was in your shop. The only dislike I have is when I was called in to sign the work authorization, the person in charge of repairs for state farm would not even turn around and look at me . I had to ask other clerks to hand me the form , fill it out and leave it with them, and I was in a bit of a hurry to get to work and didn't like that at all.Not a complaint but slight disappointment. Thanks
