I had several issues during the repairs. I received no communication from my service advisor for the first two weeks of repairs. The third week I heard from a new service advisor. I was told my car would be ready in 30 days, but it took over two months. I had to come to the collision center after 30 days to get a clear answer about the status of my car and when it would ready. I also did not get texts updates until my car had been in the shop a month. I have been a customer at Lindsay for years and this is the worst service I have received.

Indicator light repaired as part of the damage was not working after delivery. I have a long drive to the shop and would expect something like this to be tested before releasing the car.

Everyone was nice and the work was good but I had to do a lot of unsuspected cleaning. The gas cap was also neglected to be reattached. All of these problems were taken care of though. I am happy with the results. Thanks for your help and if I ever need body work done again I will be back.
