Overall the work on the car and comunacation were good. The negative will be: the work was not done on the date I was told the day I dropped the vehicle and also the whole inside of the vehicle smells like some kind of chemical. We are happy with your service though!

The car was not done at the estimated time but there was no issue with keeping the rental car. The team was very professional, informative and graceful. My only complaint is the rental - it smelled of smoke, needed and alignment which caused the tires to be bald (I don't think they'd pass inspection) but that's on Enterprise. Onto the good - really nice facility, fast service in and out with the appointment, the work was excellent - cut no corners and my vehicle is 100%. Oh - when my wife went to pick it up (I was out of town), the battery was dead and they replaced the battery. Amazinging customer service. Thanks so much - great job by all!
