The service and notifications were excellent and the car looks good, however when my wife picked it up, the hood open latch warning was still non operational. It was beeping when she started the car and it had to be addressed before she could leave. Not sure how that made it through quality control. That being said this is the second time Lindsey has performed work on two of our cars and we are happy with the service and the product you provide - just wanted to give you the heads up on this one issue.
