From the time that my car was dropped off until the time I picked it up, the Lindsay team exhibited excellent service and always kept me informed throughout every step; they hooked my car up, which made me forget the unpleasant circumstances that led me there in the first place (someone hit-and-ran my parked car causing major rear damage). All in all, from the friendly faces at the front desk, to everyone grinding in the garage, the entire team (2674 Hanco Center Dr Woodbridge, VA 22191) makes the experience stress-free. Everything was amazing! The only thing i would change is informing the client of the estimated completion time a little more in detail. It was difficult for me to estimate turning in the rental car with two toddlers and picking up the car. But other than that your service was impeccable and i will be recommending you in the future! Thank you!
