They kept me well informed via text messages. The work was done within the timeframe originally given despite the fact we had a snow storm the same week!! The work was well done and the car was also cleaned. I'm delighted with the level of workmanship. Thank you!!

This was the best experience I have ever encountered when dealing with an auto repair! From the ease of scheduling the initial appointment on-line to the courteous and prompt service led by Brian, it was flawless. Everything was thoroughly explained and the frequent status updates kept me informed of repair progress so I never felt uninformed. The job was completed on time and looks great! I am very pleased! Thank you to all who contributed to this pleasant ending to an unfortunate accident! I will definitely recommend Brian and his team to all my friends and family!

Excellent communication and service. However, the rental car checking was very disconcerting with no Enterprise agent there. I left an IPad in the rental which would have been caught if there had been a check in like you usually have with a rental.

when my wife dropped the car off she was allowed to leave and then called and told there was a crack in the windshield. this is no longer our responsibility.
