Although the car was there longer than planned, the wait was worth it. The end result exceeded my expectations. The vehicle is back and maybe even better than when I originally purchased the vehicle.

Sir/Ma'am, I wanted to take the time to thank you and your team for their outstanding service! (My claim number is: 0xxx-****-xxxx01116.) On the evening of 10/8 a GEICO insured driver rear-ended my vehicle. He admitted fault and within two days I received a call from a GEICO agent. I called GEICO back and by 10/12 GEICO was ready to take my car in for repairs. I went to the Lindsay Collision Center in Woodbridge, Virginia. From the operators on the phone, to the front desk personnel, to the rental car, to the mechanics and management in the shop, they rate a 15 on a scale of **** to 10! They were courteous, timely, and incredibly professional in all of their communications with me (via phone, face to face, text, or email). They kept me informed throughout the entire process and were truly a pleasure to work with. I hope that you can congratulate everyone involved in this process for me and/or give them some kind of bonus. Again, top-notch folks throughout this entire process. I am a USAA g uy, but we are seriously considering switching to GEICO based on this experience. (I tried to fill out your feedback survey, but it is not working. I think that’s exactly how I’d like to describe their service: a job well done. I was pleased with the repair work and the way they handled everything related to the service. I especially would like to commend Tatum who was very thorough in explaining everything done to fix the damages to my car. She was very professional, courteous and cordial.

The repair wasn't as good as they told me there is many details in the rear bumper Plus a light in the dashboard that It wasn't there when I brought the car to the shop. I am very disappointed with the repair

I was to asked to provide a credit card simply for a security deposit however the $50 I was eventually charged was never credited back to my account after I returned the rental.

The work was well done just missed a dent because it's in a awkward spot. And then on the other side it just wasn't flush with the other part of the metal. But other than that it was great thanks
