I just discovered that the rear quarter panel that was supposedly straightened still has a dent in it. the repairs took 25 days to complete.

Completely dissatisfied. Picked vehicle up, inspected what I could see of repairs done due to debris & dirtiness of car. I could not believe my car was cleaner when I brought it the shop than when I picked it up. It seems it was left under a tree for a few days or something & the windows have a sticky substance on it. Picked up as closing, so I will call in the morning to speak to management. I will have to pay to have someone professionally clean my car & then truly inspect the work, disappointed!
