And when I picked up my car they walked me through everything that was done to the car through the paper work I was given and then Eddie showed me everything on the car that was done. Everyone from the front desk to the advisor and consultant were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. Matt explained everything that needed to be done to my car. I felt comfortable and at ease that they would take care of my car. I loved that after I left my car I was getting updated calls from Araceli letting me know what was being done to my car. They gave me a finish date of Aug 8 and they were able to finish my car by Aug 2. Extremely happy with the finished product and my car looks brand new!!! Small area flaw in paint.I pointed it out when picking up vehicle. Was assured they woud fix it.ir was easy to see on close inspection...quality conttrol should have seen the issue an spared me frime the trouble to bring back in. Allinteraxtions were positive. Good employees.

The one girl Kristen was horrible. She didn't want to help me. When I went back to give you guys a second chance , she lost my paperwork and it took forever. Everyone else was awesome. Since she is the first person you interact with, I won't be going back there if I need a repair.
