From the moment I stepped inside this business I felt welcomed and at ease. Everything was explained to me about the process to repair my car from the expected timeframe for repair to tips on how to deal with the insurance company. I was a little anxious about the outcome as I was having my car repaired using the other person at fault for the damage insurance company. Mike is who I saw first and who guided me through and kept me updated about the progress of the repair.
