I had a repair done to a dent in my driverside door of my 2010 Ford F-150 a little over a week ago. I had 2 other estimates that were much cheaper but i went with your shop because you had done a major auto body repair on my car in the past and did an excellent job. The dent in the door went through the door and into frame of the truck. It was decided not to touch the frame of the truck, just to repair the door. It was hardly noticable, in fact thst dent was there the better part of six months and i never even noticed it until I went there to get the estimate. I was told it would cost 700 which seemed a bit high and was a few hundred dollars higher than everyone else. You claimed you had to fix the dent and paint not only the door itself but the crew cab door next to it as well to blend the paint right. Well, you did not paint the crew cab door at all, you hammered down the bubble of the dent in the frame of the truck with a hammer which you were not supposed to touch. It was barely noticeable before but now it is extremely noticable and looks ten times worse. In addition, you tried to remove the plastic tread cap off of the running board below the door and broke all the clips that attach it to the running board and just left it hanging without repairing it as if i wouldnt notice it. You also attempted to remove the interior plastic cap that runs against the carpeting above the dent in the frame and also broke a few clips which now keeps that from being snapped in snuggly. On top of that, I had the truck detailed before I dropped it off to get fixed because i was lookimg to trade it in to a delership so that interior was left in immaculate condition and the light tan cloth seats were left with black stains all over them when you were finished. It took me forever to get them out. You should have some sort of temp seat cover to put over the seats when having to get in the vehicle to drive it and the smell of either body filler and or paint inside that cab of the truck was so intense, it made me sick to drive it. You had the outside washed after it was finished, why didnt you have the inside done as well? It should have been left in the condition it was brought in. And top of it being washed, it seemed like something was splashed up on the whole side of the truck that dried onto the surface that did not want to come out. I had to really scrub the **** out of that truck to get it cleaned right. For the money I paid for that little dent to be fixed and to get my truck back in the condition it was in was extremely disappointing and upsetting frankly pissed me off. I would have expected this from one of the autobody shops considering the much cheaper prices i got,I went with you guys because you had done my car in the past and it was a big undertaking to fix it right especially with the paint job and that car came back to me like it just came out of the show room. This time i feel like i got taken for a ride and i would never go back to you again nor would i reccommend you guys to anyome. This was a very unprofessional job this time around.
