The office staff were very friendly and professional and Kennith made me feel at ease that my car was being well taken care of. The method of communication with detailed explaination from start to finish was great and though I did not meet the actual mechanics, I want to thank them for a great job.

Do not put an etake if you can not follow it. Do not tell your customers that you deal with aftermarket parts when you clearly dont.

Outstanding customer service! I never had to think about the status of my car because I was updated per text message and follow up telephone calls. My car looked like new even with the repair being on the rear of the car. Service King returned my car to me in a outstanding clean and shinny condition, a whole lot better then it looked when I dropped it off. Thank you!
