Abra Auto Body Repair of America - West St. Paul

The work was done quicker than expected and I was updated on the progress at every step. A very smooth and flawless job.

My car was returned with a new dent on the passenger side, rear tire. Also, my car was dirty, with garbage (literally garbage) under the passenger seat.

The team at the West St. Paul Abra shop, Eric, Tania and Craig in particular, were terrific! I showed up without an appointment, but they got me right in. Eric did a quick assessment of my car and then went right to work digging into the insurance claim information to make the ordeal as painless for me as possible (and it was!). Tania worked very diligently to find a rental car for me. She called several outlets, but they were all booked. That didn?t stop Tania! She kept calling--and calling back--pulling strings and calling in favors until one of the previously booked-up outlets found a car for me. Both Eric and Tania clearly went ?above and beyond? to help me out. Please make sure they are both recognized for their superb service! As for the car, it was repaired professionally and ahead of schedule! The back end (the part repaired) is as good as new. I?m not sure who at Abra did all the great work (I?m sure there were a few), but I know Craig was instrumental. Please pass my thanks along to Craig and his team as well! Thank you, Harold Woods

Tanya at the front desk and Craig were friendly, professional,and the work was great. It was completed in a very timely fashion. My car was also washed which was an unexpected but welcome surprise.

The repair was done well. The area where improvement is required is communication. I received a number of e mails and phone calls, each giving a different estimated completion date......four in all.

I was treated with the UTMOST courtesy!! This group of employees really know how to treat a customer. I was so completely satisfied with their service on my car that I will be telling others where to bring their "sick" autos!!

You definitely excelled at keeping the client informed during the process! Well done! Explaining what will happen and the details, especially in layman's terms, can put an uninformed client at ease during any unfamiliar process. Also totally cleaning the interior of the vehicle when it was only in for exterior work was an unexpected courtesy that is appreciated. Very nice touch there!! That's an A!
