Prompt attention and very courteous service! Justin was very helpful and accomodating. My car looks great. I feel abra went above and beyond to service my claim.

Very bad experience from the moment I walked in and was told to come back in 10 days before they can even give me an estimate and schedule time to work on my vehicle. Then during the work never got an update, I had to call every day to find out what was going on, the repair person Mike Anderson was calling the wrong people for permission to fix parts on the vehicle. I believe he was calling Abra instead of the USAA physical claims adjuster. So I had to have my claims adjuster contact him several times to explain how to work the process. When it was all said and done there were multiple things that were not fixed and I'm upset that my honor and integrity are being insulted that that these items were broken in crash. So I'll be taking the vehicle into my own Nissan dealership where I'm treated with a little more respect and will pay for these items out of my own pocket and I also ordered additional items and accessories that were broken off during the impact that abra didn't know how to reimburse me for
