Ordered wrong part and it took me two trips to get it fixed. Then I don't like this survey process. The spirit of it is wrong. And, I would actually be surprised if someone called me because I have done these a bunch and no one ever calls.

I loved getting text messages with updates about my car. I was happy that there was a relationship with Enterprise Rental making it easy for pick up and drop off.

I had my truck repaired by you guys and when I picked it up my truck was still not fixed right and it was leaking water from the roof. I took it up there for dent repair and got it back with a leaking roof. Very upset set with how your company repaired my truck.

Mike Anderson, assistant manager, when I asked for an estimate of how long it would take to repair my vehicle, said it would take five days. I was surprised so I told him that I would to know for how long I should lease a rental car. He said again, " five days." I said, "wow, really?" Mike repeated for the third time, "five days." So, I said, well you're the espert. On the fifth day, Mike Anderson called me and said it would take another five days to repair my car. It was a Friday, so that meant that I had to extent my car rental another five days, which I did. At the end of that period, I was called to pick up my car. When I arrived, the fender was not properly aligned. Mike agreed. Mike assured me that it would be ready the following day. When I returned, the alignment was a little better but Mike agreed with me that it could be better. He then said that Abra would pick up the cost of my rental car, as I was required to keep my rental car even longer. I sent Mike a confirming email of his offer. Mike told me that he would call Budget Rental Car and take care of the cost of the rental. Before, I could pick up my car that Abra was to repair, Budget Rental Car service started calling me demanding that I return the rental car. I thought this was a mistake because Mike had assured me that he would contact Budget and take care of the rental. Long story short, Mike did not pay for the rental and he had not contacted Budget as he had assured me that he would. Consequently, when I returned the Budget Rental Car, I was charged an additional hundred dollars per day for the period of time that I had the Budget Rental Car without, what I had thought, was proper authorization.

You have helped us many times throughout the years and have done excellent work. We have lived in eagan for 12 years and have always brought our vehicles to you because of easy fixes you helped with and the great customer service (Phil especially). This last time I was totally satisfied with the work but not satisfied with the customer service from Mike. When I first arrived I had to wait at least ten minutes while Mike finished a personal conversation that I could hear. I was also annoyed that I asked for a bid on door dents and never received it. When he called with the final price I asked and he told me it would be about 150. Then I asked him to talk to my husband and he told him it would be 600 because he went out and looked again. That should have been done beforehand. We would like to continue to bring our vehicles to abra but in all honesty may go elsewhere if we had to work with Mike. Again, quite pleased with the work done! Thank you!
