The driver side window of my Nissan Murano is not working properly, and oddly enough it was in working condition when the vehicle was dropped off for repairs. The problem in regards to the window is that it has two clicks in the upward and downward positions to roll the window up or down at the drivers discretion, or you can push the window button all the way down and it will automatically roll all the way down, and vice-versa for the auto-up feature. I will call Dan in Bloomington right away this morning and I'm quite sure he will rectify the problem immediately.
All of my encounters with Abra thus far have been pleasant ones, & I will gladly recommend Abra to my family and friends as needed in the future.

****. My name is Sara, not Molly. I have been continually called the wrong name since I brought my car in.
2. Took longer than they said it would take
3. When I came to pick it up the first time, it wasn't ready. Needed an additional part. Was never communicated to me, and would have been nice to know before I went out of my way to get there.
4. Came to pick up my car the second time and there were scratches on it that were not repaired. My car is a month old, and those scratches were not there when I brought it in. Don't put the fault on a customer, ever.
5. When I complained about the scratches, your employee tried to blame me for possibly parking under a tree or taking my car to a car wash that would result in scratches? Poor customer service.
6. Tried to talk me into taking my car home when it wasn't fully finished with the repair.
7. Said it would be completed the following day and that I would receive a phone call. I waited and never received a phone call.
8. Overall I was left with a very poor experience and low level of confidence in ABRA.

I was so amazed how my car looked after the hail damage was fixed. I was so happy when I pickup my car they also cleaned inside my car. The shop was very busy due hail damage claim in area but everybody did great job on working together and I was able get my car fixed in a day.
