You guys were absolutely fantastic. You took a horrible situation, made sure everything was taken care of including dealing with my insurance and organizing my rental and gave me back my car in the best condition it has ever been in. Not only repaired but cleaned the inside. Thank you. I will never go anywhere else and will recommend you to all my friends and family. On cloud 9 tonight!

It had to do with the price increase. I'm getting different srories from ABRA and the insurance adjuster. Plus, I look stupid because I gave the lady paying the bill the estimate from Allstate and then she gets the increased price adjustment. This price adjustment should have been resolved the very first day, not the last day.
