Your employees were so courteous and thorough, even down to reminding me to get anything from my car before I left it. They weren't hurried, but patient and personable, understanding this accident was life-interrupted. We were fortunate...a minor rear-ending. But if someone had a major accident, with injuries and lives to consider, these actions would be very important. My car was ready quicker than expected and I was kept informed along the way. The final result was wonderful and topped off with a car wash. I'm very grateful.
