Excellent service all around at ABRA! I got very friendly and efficient service from Lori both on the phone and when I arrived and was able to get in quickly. The car rental was great, also nice that it was delivered and quick paperwork. I liked the text updates and calls on the progress of my vehicle. It was done faster than projected and the pickup process was super easy. The repair looks perfect and it was great that my car was cleaned well inside and out. This is the 3rd encounter with having a vehicle fixed here and I'd recommend Burnsville ABRA to anyone! Now if they can just remove the target from our vehicles so people stop hitting them! ????
