When you guys are shipping someone's car for repairs at another location because original shop didn't have time. I think the receiving shop should have to call owner and let them know that their car was shipped safely. My car was shipped and I didn't hear from receiving shop until after 5 days of receiving my car. 3 of those days were 4th of July weekend. I had to call on Monday just to make sure my car made it safe. But besides that my experience was wonderful Nice staff. and love the text updates!!

I had a great experience with the service & repair at EP Abra. I appreciated the thorough & helpful customer service in my contacts with the receptionist & Justin & Josh. They were pleasant, courteous, answered my questions, kept in touch with me. There system there works well, they communicate with all involved (insurance, car rental) which made it easier for me.
