The service that Abra provided was Great all around. The preliminary estimate was accurate and the service after was quick and flawless. I would recommend Abra to anyone who needs body or glass work. loved the email updates. Front desk lady is super nice and pleasant but any other man in th eplace can take of if it gets busy in the office. Work was done well and on time. The car rental was very much appreciated and convienent.

Everything went smoothly up till the moment I picked up my car from the store. It started off with the staff left my key inside the locked car then they scratched the car door and ruined the stickers on the passenger side door during the process of unlocking the car. The store manager apologized and promised that they would order what's needed on that day (i.e. it was a Friday). He also promised that he would call me on the following Monday, send someone to my house, pick up my car, get it fixed and bring the car back to me. Monday came and passed, I did not hear any update. I waited till the end of Tuesday to call and follow up on my case. I was told that the parts were not there yet and they would give me a call when the parts arrived. A day after the phone call, I discovered a wide white paint (or premier) around the inside of the gas door when I filled up the gas. Again, no call or update from ABRA through the week. I dropped off to the store at the end of the Friday to, first, showed them the white paint inside the gas door, and second, check on the status of the parts. I was told that the parts "just arrived" on that day and I was scheduled to the next Wednesday to drop off my car for repair and repaint. I dropped off my car on the scheduled Wednesday and I was compensated with the rental car while the car was at the store, which I think it is reasonable but keeping the promises made previously would have been even better. I finally got my car back on the Friday that week and in my personal opinion, the least they could have done for me after having me gone through all of that, would be returning my car in a clean condition BUT of course, that was not happening either. Back to the question of this survey, Am I satisfied with my overall repair experience? The answer is HELL NO.
