I thought Abra did amazing. However dealing with Hertz as the rental car place was not the best experience and I wish when I went to the Abra
shop, I would have known I had a choice to choose the rental place I wanted. The insurance covering my repair has a contract with Hertz and so Abra referred me to them, but never told me I actually had a choice to go with a different rental car place. But the work Abra did on my car looks great! Thank you Abra!

Your Customer Service Manager, Brian Knutson, did an excellent job of explaining the repairs and the pricing and keeping us up-to-date on the daily basis by email and by phone call on the status of the repairs. And, the work was done one day early! Plus, the front desk person (whose name I did not get) also did an excellent job of answering our preliminary questions and making sure that we removed all items we brought when we rented a vehicle while our vehicle was being repaired. She definitely has a customer-friendly and business-related attitude and performance!
I would definitely recommend this ABRA repair shop, in Coon Rapids, MN, to others!
