Car is great

Mike and his Coon Rapids team were fabulous. I was in an accident with my 8-year old car. It had less than 30,000 miles on it and was in great shape. They dealt with the auto insurance and kept me informed every step of the way. One tire was ruined in the accident and had to be replaced. Because it's best to have the tires match, I asked Mike about ordering one for the other side. He said he typically can't get a suoer deal on tires, but he looked it up. Turns out his price was great- on par with Discount Tire, where I'm a loyal customer. My car had pinstriping and Mike had to order the special color and his guy matched the style of the stripes beautifully. The car looks great- you absolutely cannot tell that it was in an accident. So often you can see a subtle difference in the paint color. Not this time! I had Abra repair a car for me back in 2001 and was pleased then, and insisted that the insurance company work with Abra again. The service was excellent, the craftsmanship was superb, and Mike and his team went above and beyond to be sure I was pleased. I highly recommend Coon Rapids Abra, without any reservations.
