Abra Auto Body Repair of America - Coon Rapids

When I picked up my car I pointed out that the hood over hug the bumper and I didn’t think it was right, that before there was a smooth transition between the hood and bumper casing. The representative indicated he wasn’t sure if it was right or not. He popped the hood and we looked at the fasteners and he said he didn’t see how else it could be. Later I looked at other Mazda 3 hood/bumper alignments and could see clearly that there is no over lap and that there is a smooth transition between the two. I will be taking it back and discussing how to rectify this. I also noticed new light scratches in my top coat all along my drivers side. There was a scratch on the new painted bumper cover and another spot that had an irregularity in the paint. The representative said that that spot should have been sanded out. He didn’t indicate any willingness to deal with these issues in the moment by keeping the car and fixing them. I didn’t feel like I had the proof about the hood/bumper to insist it be fixed. When I saw the repairs I had already signed the paperwork stating they had fixed the original issues. They have not fixed the issues and I will be going back to discuss how to fix these issues.

I was completely happy with my service on my truck. Joe the body tech went above and beyond noticing and fixing the damage, such attention to detail. The paint department did great, Mike kept me well informed on the progress of my truck. When I picked it up, it was cleaner then it has been since I bought it. Would recommend them anytime!
