They did not have my invoice ready to look at when I came to pick up the car. It was locked in someone's office that had gone home they had no spare key to get into that office.They took my payment of 500.00 and then printed a new copy for me I noticed it was more then the first estimate. I expressed to the ladies it would of been nice to get a call or a text that the amount had changed. A comment was made that the insurance will pay for it, that really upset me. Camille was very nice to take me to my car and explain what work was done. I very disappointed on how this was all handled.

Poor follow-up, felt rushed like my car needed to be in and out as soon as possible without verifying quality of work, had to come multiple times to have repairs properly done, the first time my car was supposedly "done" I was rushed out of my job and threatened with having rental fees charged to me and when I got there upon turning my car on there were obvious problems that could have been fixed before rushing me, and honestly the list goes on....I wish I would've just waited and gone to the one by my house. I've been using Abra ever since I started driving and so has my family and this was by far the worst experience.

Abra employees were incredibly cordial and pleasant to deal with. They went beyond the call of duty in helping me get my car to the shop and getting me a rental car. This was my second visit to this location and I will definitely return if I need auto body work done in the future.

My mirror repair took 24 days to complete; due to first Rob telling me he was waiting for a check from USAA and when I spoke with USAA they informed me that there is no check; Rob was representing that he needed to receive the check before he ordered the part; when the part arrived the mirror was flawed so they had to get another mirror; when it was installed they discovered that the sill needed to be fixed as the mirror was not fitting correctly; they gave me a 25 gas card for the inconvenience I do not get bought off with a gas card but rather with exceptional service which your Fridley store does not provide totally; they did have their driver bring me the car and take me home however. A mirror should not take 24 days what if it was a front end? A year?

The finished work was beautiful, for certain, but I appreciates the detail stuff y'all tended to . . . Including the vacuumed/cleaned interior! Car repairs are not fun to spend money on, but when the experience is downright pleasant, it seems a little less painful!

While I understand the importance of getting a good survey score I think it would be a little less awkward if they didn't give me a sheet that told me how they wanted me to answer the survey questions. Other than that I am completely satisfied with my experience and their flexibility to work with my schedule.

I was disappointed with the check in process. I was under the impression I would just drop off my car and go. Instead I was asked to wait, do a walk through which took an additional 20 minutes. Could you make that an expectation when customers make their appointment so they know why to expect and plan accordingly with their work schedules?
