The receptionist greeted us with a ready smile, knew what we needed and was ready to help. Todd, our account manager was just the same. Competent. Explained it all.
The repair was done on time to our satisfaction. If I am fortunate enough to get t-boned by somebody running a red light again I'll come back to the same place.

The two week delay in getting the car in was disappointing, but the hail storm makes this understandable; the reported miscommunications with Mini when obtaining replacement parts was even more frustrating.
Since then, we've noticed an intermittent problem with the cockpit fan, which was understandably missed as it's very erratic. We'll take it in to the local mechanic.
