In the future, give a more accurate estimate how long it will take to get the car done. Also, when my car is brought in, if you determine the costs will be higher tgan originally projected, please make efforts to immediately conact the insurance company. Also, when you know an insurer has a policy of lowering the deductible, make sure to accomplish it and get things ironed out with the insurance company instead of making the customer pay more up front. The quality of the work appears to be good. But it took longer than projected. I also do not like meaningless text updates. Getting a text saying we are back on schedule when we are already overdue is nonsensical. If the texts are nonsense why do them?
