On a Monday he called and said he thought my car would be ready on Wednesday afternoon. I called Wednesday afternoon and he told me he had just sent it to the paint department and it would be Thursday. I called Thursday and he told me that the wrong bumper was ordered and it would be Friday.
How could it be sent to the paint dept if the wrong bumper was ordered. I ended up picking up my car on Friday afternoon.
I feel he should've just said hopefully by the end of the week. Don't give a specific day.
