Everyone at the shop was incredibly helpful and nice. It is greatly appreciated that my car was done so quickly. The only thing that was a little irritating was everything was in my husband's name, in spite of the car being in my name, and my name also on the insurance. The texted to my phone to update me were wonderful, but all had my husband's name attached. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Thank you!

Mechanics were all nice, for various reasons the first two started and stopped quickly, the third completed the repair. It took between 5-6 months to repair what I would consider mild to moderate damage even if aftermarket parts were involved. Then the battery died after sitting in the shop for that time period which I had to purchase a new one. Half the time, I had to call in for updates. Likely will not use or refer anyone to Abra. Thanks.
