The car turned out beautiful and the staff was very professional. But the communication was kind of disjointed. Too many unnecessary texts. Also, i think we should have used **** phone number for Abra to call, as my husband and I both were getting phone calls from 2 different people about our car.

I appreciate that I was accommodated for a minor repair. I had asked if they could please correct the date and time while you are working in the car. They said sure!
Well when the car was brought to me that was not done. I went inside and asked if it can be done . They said sure.
After waiting ten minutes I just left.
Next time I will just go to the dealership.
