I appreciated the employee (Scott z.) offering a cost effective alternative for my vehicle. He did what he said he was going to do and did not hassle me into getting other services that weren't needed. My car looks great and so does my bank account. I am satisfied with my vehicle and I am impressed with the customer service that was provided to me.

YOUR misinformation about what make MY car is is your fault! I KNOW what kind of car I drive! The driver implied it was MY fault! Roger at ABRA also said he said the correct model! Did u repeat the info and verify it as a sedan? No! I deserved an apology from the glass guy and NOT have him tell ME a sedan has a different mirror than a SUV. No ****! The next step for DECENT customer service would be to make a RUSH to fix the problem, not tell me I can fix it the NEXT day! Instead I told you that was not possible in which I had to wait for another hour for you to go to Bloomington! STILL no apology from YOUR glass guy. And THEN He left VISIBLE glass under my hood where it meets the windshield wipers! A trained professional should have known to vacuum glass from there with that kind of impact! I had glass dust all over the inside my car too! I told USAA about this and hope it drives business away. I also will be posting pics on Facebook. Abra auto body called to ask me when I wanted to schedule my collision repairs. Well ABRA auto body still has ABRA attached to the glass portion so they list my business as well!!!!!
