Abra Auto Body Repair of America - St. Louis Park

The car was not very clean on return. It was not vacumned. I expected a little more. The license plate was still very bent up and I was under the impression it would be straightened out. The customer service was excellent and it was done when promised.

The job was not done well, the paint does not match, the bumper was not put on correctly, and I have to have it redone. I expected more than the work that was done. The manager also agreed that the paint was not done correctly, and agreed to do it over. It's frustrating because I now have to have a product back and go without a car yet again.

Abra sent me updates of the repair to me daily and informed me as soon as the work is done. They also did a great job on the repair.

Roger and scott run a tight ship. Clean shop area, organized front end. Very professional.

The only thing that put me off is that when the estimate came in, I emailed a question, asking for an explanation of something that struck me as odd. Whatever the response, it wasn't going to impact what I paid, but I never got an answer, much less an acknowledgement of my question. Other than that, I was very pleased with the level of customer service throighout the process, and the quality of the work done. Oh! One more thing. The person at the front desk could have been a bit more proactive. She could have simply acknowledged my presence and said something like, "I'll be with you in just a minute or two, sir." And what was that guy doing sitting next to her when I arrived to pick up my car? Maybe he was an intern or something. He looked at me, but ignored me. He, too, could have simply said, "I'm just observing today, and my colleague here will be with you shortly. Please have a seat and we'll be with you shortly."

They were friendly and quick!

My keys were given to my sister, nobody even asked her name. I received a call from someone the day after telling me that my vehicle was STILL there when she brought it to me the day before!

Car looked great. Very clear process to follow.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were also done a few days earlier than estimated. Fast and good service. I would definitely choose ABRA again in the future.

Communication was excellent. The txt kept me up to date with progress. Scott clearly covered details & helped me to get an additional repair completed. I will not hesitate to refer to Apra. Thanks for a good experience.
