The car was not very clean on return. It was not vacumned. I expected a little more. The license plate was still very bent up and I was under the impression it would be straightened out. The customer service was excellent and it was done when promised.

The job was not done well, the paint does not match, the bumper was not put on correctly, and I have to have it redone. I expected more than the work that was done. The manager also agreed that the paint was not done correctly, and agreed to do it over. It's frustrating because I now have to have a product back and go without a car yet again.

The only thing that put me off is that when the estimate came in, I emailed a question, asking for an explanation of something that struck me as odd. Whatever the response, it wasn't going to impact what I paid, but I never got an answer, much less an acknowledgement of my question. Other than that, I was very pleased with the level of customer service throighout the process, and the quality of the work done. Oh! One more thing. The person at the front desk could have been a bit more proactive. She could have simply acknowledged my presence and said something like, "I'll be with you in just a minute or two, sir." And what was that guy doing sitting next to her when I arrived to pick up my car? Maybe he was an intern or something. He looked at me, but ignored me. He, too, could have simply said, "I'm just observing today, and my colleague here will be with you shortly. Please have a seat and we'll be with you shortly."
