Unbelievable job, just like "NEW" Jay did a absolutely superior job, he has mastered his trade. He and the entire staff at Abra (Trisha, Christine and the Manager) should be commended for their customer service and attention to detail they give their customers. They went out of their way to make sure I was informed through every step of the process, communicating the progress of my repairs. They even fixed a few requests of mine outside of the damaged body work. I can say without a doubt it was the best experience and I will be giving word of mouth references as much as I can. Being a hotelier for more than 23 years it's truly refreshing to see another service industry remember the basics, "Nothing" beats good old fashion customer service and great Communication!!! Every body from the receptionist (Tricia) to the facility manager. Very friendly very helpful. Very very polite & professional.

Excellent job replacing the bumper.

For some reason, the floor mat was removed from the driver's side and replaced. Whoever replaced it put it on top of the gas pedal causing the engine, of course, to continuously receive gas. My husband did not notice it when he picked up the car for me and was forced to drive with the brake pedal engaged for a couple miles until realizing what was wrong. No clue why the floor mat was removed in the first place, but if your techs are going to take them out, they should replace them properly.

Great job, made extra effort make sure every thing was taken care of despite tight insurance company. Timely manner, truck looks great.
