Abra kept me informed of the status of my car with emails and phone calls, which was greatly appreciated and reassuring. They worked directly with my insurance company, the car rental company brings the rental car to Abra, and when I picked up my repaired car I was able to leave the rental at Abra. After the accident my car looked ready for the junk yard, but now it looks brand new again. Thank you, Abra!
