Too many generic texts. If the tech is going to call me, I don't need or want to be spammed with text messages to say my car is "happy." It's a car, it doesn't have feelings. Messages like that are just spam. I received 8 messages while my car was being repaired. I could have opted out, but I wasn't expecting to get spammed. If a tech messages me about my car, awesome, much more efficient than a phone call when I'm at work. But these were useless. That being said, the employees were kind and helpful. Appreciate the help with the rental car. Very accommodating. I just recommending the company review the text message system.
