The customer service and work ethic at the Blaine Abra location was absolutely flawless and refreshingly superior. Steve Ryan, the General Manager, was outstanding and should be commended for his efforts. He went above and beyond in every respect and represented Abra beyond your Corporate expectations. Tera, I believe she is the Office Manager, was very friendly, efficient and professional. All in all, an extremely professional and pleasurable customer experience. Honestly, I have not experienced a customer experience like I received at Abra-Blaine in a long, long time. Customer Service is, unfortunately, a dying value in business,....obviously not here !!! To the team at Ham Lake's Abra Auto Body and Glass, Word-of-mouth brought me to your shop. You repaired the car of someone close to me, and his family highly recommended you because of the high quality of your work. Of course, first-hand experience is best, and now I feel comfortable recommending you to anyone needing bodywork on their car. Your shop fixed the weatherstripping and rear door handle of my 2001 Ford van. You also paint-matched four splash guards for my wife's 2015 Honda Accord. While these jobs weren't major repairs, they were important to me. The quality of the work you guys did comes from skill and craftsmanship--and from taking pride in your work. Money can't buy that, it has to come from within the person doing the work. My first contact was with Sarah at your front desk. She was pleasant and professional, and she got me in for an estimate the same day I called. When I came in, Mike gave me an estimate. He, too, was pleasant and professional, and I enjoyed working with him. Assuming Mike didn't do the bodywork, I want to thank the people who did. As I mentioned above, the superb quality of your work speaks to the quality of your character and the pride you take in your everyday work. Well done. My last comment is about the management team at the Ham Lake shop. A successful business requires good management. Generally speaking, employees treat customers the way management treats them. Communication was great, set my expectations great, even when there was a paperwork/claim mixup, the staff were great to work with and got me in/out efficiently. I'd definitely recommend and use them again when needed.
