My driver side door panel was broken in the process of being fixed after an accident. Instead of replacing it I was told that the person working on my vehicle thought that he had it fixed. I just can't wait for this experience to be over with. The driver side fender that was damaged in the accident looks amazing. Just never thought something that did t need to be fixed came back broken. When I called to notify them of the problem I was told that since I lived so far away that the next time I'm in the area I could swing in and they would try to fix it or order a new part for it. Thanks

Once I walked in the door, it was great. However, getting to that point was difficult. 6 phone calls, waiting for another call that I was suppose to get, but never did. I was told my appointment was at 8:00 am, but the information I was given was so vague, I called back a couple of days later, just to verify time and location and was told my appointment was for 11:00 am. At 8:15 the day of my appointment, I received a call, asking where I was. Fortunately Ann (I believe that is her name) and**** were great. I was prepared to just say forget it and make other arrangements if there were any more problems. They treated extremely well, got my car done very quickly and it looks great. In fact, my wife's vehicle could use some body work and I would absolutely go back and talk to**** about it.

The bodywork itself looks great,however my vehicle was trucked to another Abra Location for the body work and I believe my left front wheel was damaged during the transit. There are a couple of gouges on the outside rim of subject wheel that I am not happy about and would like to discuss with you.

They were not prepared when I dropped my car off. They forgot to have me sign the forms, and also said they lost my email with my Geico claim number and estimate. They also said my car would be ready to pick up and it wasn't ready. I do love the quality work they did for my car repair, though.
