The repair to my bumper was done well and my car was returned very clean which I appreciated. However I asked if a few small scratches could be touched up while my car was in the shop. I also asked if my tires could be rotated and the rear windshield wiper could be replaced. None of that was done even though I was told it would be. I was also encouraged to put through a claim through my insurance company to have a chip in my windshield repaired while my car was at Abra. That was never coordinated and was not done and the glass repair person needed to travel to my work to do the job.
